The exquisite design of this 1920s ring has stood the test of time, and it's simply divine.
A stunning transitional cut diamond weighing 1.25 carats is set in a beautifully simple 8-claw setting which accentuates the stone. The stone is lively and bright, with a wonderful spread across the finger. The centre stone has been perfectly matched with two eight-cut diamonds in grain-settings to either side (four in total), and finished with a rectangular platinum edge which gives the piece that iconic 1920s look. We estimate the side stones to weigh a total of 0.06 carats combined.
The ring is finished with a sleek, flat band measuring approximately 2.3mm and stamped platinum. The ring is currently sized to a UK 'P', US 7.75, but could be altered by a couple of sizes. From the platinum stamp and the way in which the ring has been made, we believe this in an English piece.
This is a truly beautiful ring, that offers brilliance with a gorgeous slice of history.
