This gorgeous antique three-stone emerald and diamond ring is elegant and timeless.
The intense saturation of colour in the emerald is sublime, and the beautiful round-cut stone weighs a generous 0.95 carats. The emerald is accompanied by a transitional cut diamond to either side. The diamonds are beautifully bright and of fine colour, and we estimate that they weigh 1.00 carat together. The stones have been carefully claw-set in platinum, to best showcase their luxurious quality.
The ring and the diamonds both date to around the 1920s, but we believe the emerald was a later addition to the ring. The ring itself is stamped platinum which, along with the way in which the ring is made, suggests it was crafted in England. The ring is currently sized to a UK 'O 1/2', US 7 1/2, but could be altered.
