Classic but at the same time sophisticated, this signet ring is a piece that will be treasured for many years to come and will certainly start many conversations.

At its heart lays a wonderful 19 x 14.3mm intaglio depicting a neo-classical female profile masterfully engraved onto a translucent oval carnelian gemstone in a beautiful brownish-orange shade. 

The bold gemstone is securely held by a sturdy rubover, open back setting, mounted atop a delicate and sleek 9 carat yellow gold shank, so all focus is on the centrepiece.

There are some minor scuffs to the edges of the intaglio due to its age, but the engraved details remained intact.

The ring has a gross weigh of 2.9 grams and is currently an UK finger size 'R1/2'.
