This stunning five stone old cut diamond ring is divine.
Five graduating old european cut diamonds of fine colour and wonderful quality are discretely claw-set into this beautiful ring. Because of their antique age, the stones would have been hand-cut, making each diamond completely unique and giving them that breathtaking romantic sparkle that old cut diamonds are known for. The diamonds have been expertly matched to eachother, and flow into a simple and elegant D-shaped band, which measures 2mm in width.
The ring is currently sized to UK 'R1/2', US 9, but could be altered by a few sizes. The ring has is hallmarked 18 carat and bears the Birmingham (UK) mark. The date mark is worn, but we believe the ring itself is mid-20th century, with the beautiful old cut diamonds dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. This is a gorgeous ring that would be equally perfect as an engagement ring, or as a right hand ring.
