Dating from the 1940s, this English vintage engagement ring brings together two round brilliant cut diamonds in a classic two stone design. Set side by side, the diamonds have a combined estimated weight of 0.50ct, creating a bright, beautifully balanced sparkle across the finger.
The two diamonds are held in individual raised platinum eight claw settings, joined closely at the centre. Viewed from the side, a finely pierced yellow gold gallery sits beneath each stone, detailed with a small circular opening, while gently tapered shoulders lead into the polished 18 carat yellow gold band.
Made in England, the ring weighs 3.07 grams and is currently a UK finger size 'L 1/2', with resizing available upon request. It is stamped 18CT & PLAT for 18 carat yellow gold and platinum.
