Introducing an elegant antique bar brooch from the 1920's, showcasing a delicate, lucky horseshoe at the centre.
Decorating the horseshoe there are 7 lively red rubies with an approximate combined weight of 0.50ct, beautifully alternating with 6 rose cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.20ct together, creating a wonderful, royal contrast.
While the split bar and the pin are crafted in 9 carat rose gold, the horseshoe is meticulously crafted in warm 15 carat yellow gold, making this piece more interesting and beautiful.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening, has a gross weight of 4.6 grams and measures 6.2 x 1.6cm. Tested 9 carat gold on the pin and bar and 15 carat gold on the horseshoe.
A fantastic piece that exhibits a unique, timeless beauty and buttery lustre so characteristic of antique gold jewellery.
