A round cluster ring pavé set with an old cut diamond in the center weighing approximately 0.80ct, surrounded but 13 eight cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.25ct in open back settings. The ring is further set with 6 eight cut diamonds pavé set on each shoulder all mounted in 18 carat white gold. Stamped 18CT. UK finger size 'L 1/2'.
