This spectacular pearl and diamond vintage cocktail ring is crafted in buttery 14 carat yellow gold, with a wonderful cultured pearl, measuring approximately 8.2mm in diameter, sitting proudly at the centre of its intricate design.
Surrounding the pearl are beautiful Victorian old mine cut diamonds, each individually claw set and displaying the gentle sparkle so characteristic of antique stones. The diamonds sweep around the pearl in an asymmetrical design, giving the ring a distinctive elegance.
A further curved row of smaller old cut diamonds wraps around one side of the pearl, adding another layer to the design and beautifully complementing the larger old mine cuts. The total combined diamond weight is estimated at approximately 2.00ct.
The setting sits approximately 1.1cm proud of the finger, with intricate open work visible from the side and split shoulders that flow into a slender 14 carat yellow gold band. The open construction allows plenty of light through the diamonds while showing off the beautiful craftsmanship beneath the setting.
