Dating from the 1980s, this elegant ruby bangle is crafted in warm 14 carat yellow gold and features a beautifully pierced design with an intricate scrolling open work motif.
Set along the outer edge are 14 round rubies, estimated to weigh approximately 1.90ct in total, each mounted in an individual four claw, open back setting. The stones display rich pinkish-red tones, their colour standing out beautifully amongst the yellow gold. Viewed from the side, the rubies appear almost suspended above the scrolling gallery, highlighting the level of detail in the design and the quality of its construction.
